We want you to love your hair care journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that don't meet your expectations. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and at least half-full to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label to ensure timely processing at our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
